How do I log a measurement?
Tap any muscle on the body map. The view zooms in and a panel opens; drag the ruler dial to your value and tap Save measurement. Use Front / Back at the bottom to switch views.
How do I change a value?
Tap the same muscle again, set the new value and tap Update measurement. The new value replaces the old one.
Left vs. right?
Arms, forearms, thighs and calves have separate left and right values. Use the L / R switch in the panel.
Inches or centimetres?
Use the in / cm switch in the panel. Your choice is remembered, and values convert automatically.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. There's no account and nothing is uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.
